Commercial
and Industrial
We have
a complete line of the GESPER units available for industrial applications.
In Industrial, we know that several categories of the GESPER units
will be utilized. The voltage will generally be 480 coming into
the plant for the large motors. From there, the voltage will be
stepped down with transformers to 240 or 208, and maybe even both.
We coordinate with the plant's electrical department to obtain
an accurate electrical flow of the entire plant.
If EEC
blueprints are available, this saves immense time for our engineering
department. They can analyze which GESPER units are needed to
obtain the maximum energy savings for that application.
If a EEC
is not available, then a complete site survey must be done. Again,
many plants have their own electrical department. We perform energy
survey analysis to measure and document all the equipment in your
facility and their individual performance characteristics.
It is
imperative to obtain accurate readings on the voltage and current
in each panel box, and what each panel box is feeding. During
this phase of the investigation, we will be helping to ascertain
that the wiring is up to code and all neutrals (common) and grounding
are separated (after the first means of disconnect) and wired
correctly.
This is
to insure that the plant is up to NEC code and will allow the
GESPER to work properly. In doing so, this insures the safety
of the plant/building and the safety of all tenants or employees
that occupy the areas.
We have
a complete line of GESPER units available for commercial applications.
We will have our electrician perform a site survey on your business
to obtain information about your establishment so that he can
send this to our engineering department to determine the correct
units for installation on your business.
The information
obtained will be the voltage of your electrical system (you may
have more than one voltage in your building). The amount of amperage
used and the type of loads that are present. As well as a complete
path of the electricity. This survey will have all panels listed
along with the amperage of all breakers. During this phase of
investigation, the electrician will be looking for proper wiring.
We will notify you of any improper wiring. This is a safety check
of your electrical system. This is to insure the safety of the
building and the safety of all tenants and or occupants. Also,
improper wiring can lead to excessive charges from the utility
company. All this information will help the engineers determine
the best possible units for savings.
Major
industry uses the most power and has the most potential for savings.
Substantial electric savings means more profits and lower consumer
prices!
GESPER units have been in operation throughout the south for many
years. Savings of thousands of dollars per month have been experienced
by shopping malls, convenience stores and major businesses and
industries
