diagnose problems with the wiring in your facility. Diagnostic
expert staff from GESPER can be contracted at very reasonable
rates. Normally, these are discovered at our survey and revealed
to you so that you make an informed choice from the beginning.
In any regard, solving the problem is always in your best interest
and increases the security of your investment.
Liability
GESPER
is insured for $2,000,000 per installation to protect your electric
property from down-line lightening strikes.

Statement and Guarantee of GESPER Marketing, LLC:
We, at Circuit Rider Marketing, LLC, since July of 2001 have been
marketing the GESPER series of surge and lightning protection
units. We have known that the GESPER units were not the standard
surge and lightning protection device. The GESPER has proven to
protect equipment and reduce the amount of kWh hours consumed
by the customer.
Our guarantee
is that we will reduce the consumer's electrical utility bill
by means of a 10% reduction in kWh hours. In many cases this reduction
is greater than 10%. Many commercial and industrial customers
are being charged a power factor penalty, as well as the normal
kWh charges. The GESPER series will reduce and in some cases remove
this very expensive charge for our customers. Residential customers
in some parts of the United States are now being charged this
penalty. The GESPER unit has been successful in reducing this
charge for the residential arena as well.
Our mission
is to help all of our customers receive the most savings and the
best protection possible by the use of the GESPER units. There
are many documented cases that the units have, through the means
of surge and lightning protection, saved many thousands of dollars
of equipment. The savings in the protection of equipment alone
is worth the price of the unit. The energy reduction that is achieved
with the GESPER unit is a welcomed bonus.
There
is an additional benefit to the GESPER units. We all benefit whenever
a GESPER unit is installed, by the reduction of the chemicals
that are the by-products of electrical generation. The reduction
of kWh and the power factor increase (less demand) will reduce
the amount of electricity that needs to be generated, therefore,
reducing the amount of chemicals that are being released into
our atmosphere.
A TVSS
(transient voltage surge suppressor) will not reduce the amount
of kWh consumed. The only time that the elements in the TVSS unit
that are for the surge and lightning protection work, is in an
over voltage situation. The main purpose for the TVSS is to shunt
the over voltage harmlessly to ground. There is not any way possible
for the TVSS unit to save kWh. We have developed a means in which we incorporate
the surge and lightning protection along with other electrical
and electronic components to interact with the consumers electrical
system to deliver cleaner power, correct the power factor to some
degree, to reduce harmonics in a system and to deliver a system
that will reduce the amount of energy consumed by almost any system.
Everyone
in the United States is aware of the need to reduce the dependency
on foreign oil. Much of the generation of electrical energy is
co-dependant of this fuel. President George W. Bush in his recent
address to the nation stressed the need for the reduction of foreign
fossil fuel. He has or is going to send to Congress a request
for a bill that will demand that this reduction take place. The
